1. Closing a Contract
Before sending your order please check that you have submitted the correct information. When sending your order you automatically agree to accepting our offer. The contract is considered effective as soon as the goods have been delivered.
2. Cancellation, Exchange and Return Policy
You may cancel the contract per written text (e-mail, letter,) along with returning the goods received within a month and without reason. This period begins with having received the goods and with receipt of this note. The term is kept if a written cancellation is received within time or the goods are returned.
Given a correct cancellation any goods or payments rendered shall be returned.
Please don't forget that the goods sent must be in flawless condition in case of return! In the case of the goods having been used we will not be in a position to refund the complete payment.

Return parcels can be sent at our risk. Please stamp the parcel accordingly if the goods which were ordered and received do not exceed € 40,00. You also have to bear the cost of returning the goods if at the time of cancellation you had not remitted the agreed payment. Under all other circumstances your return parcel can be sent free of charge.
Even in the event of cancellation you are still committed to payment.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices stipulated when ordering are binding. All prices include VAT.
Pre payments can be remitted, PayPal or cash when collecting are accepted.
4. Order Refusal
The Company AeroStylez reserves its right to refuse an order.
5. Reservation of Proprietary Rights
The delivery of the product is always carried out under reservation of title. The goods are considered the property of the buyer if and when the buyer has paid the goods in full.
6. Further Remarks
Should any part of these terms and conditions not be applicable this does not affect the remainder of the contract.
The Roadsterbag Travel Collection is a unique product which has nothing to do with the brand images or car models printed. The printed car models and brands are solely company property accordingly. The printed images only help to access the size of the luggage when using the shown cars.
Should I be neglecting a copyright of any sort then I would appreciate any information accordingly. I will then of course remove the prints immediately.
